Position: Financial Analyst

DPM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and data-driven insights to help drive the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support the evaluation of capital expenditures and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering teams to provide financial insights.
• Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
