What You’ll Do
The responsibilities of this role may evolve over time, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong workforce.
- Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and manage training and professional development programs.
- Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
All You’ll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
- Experience in precision manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing training programs and employee engagement strategies.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address HR challenges effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
