Position Overview
The Vice President of Engineering will lead DPM’s engineering team, overseeing 12 engineers, product design, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires an innovative leader to align engineering projects with business and financial objectives. The VP of Engineering will play a critical role in shaping DPM’s future.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direction for all engineering operations.
- Oversee new product development.
- Optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Identify and implement new technologies to maintain DPM’s competitive edge.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork, mentorship, and professional development within the engineering department.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering industry.
- Experience as a manager/team leader.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
